We were founded in 1988. Family owned and operated by Mark and Debra Witte, they offer over 30 years of General Contracting experience to create the homes people dream of through remodeling. Fully licensed and insured, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship and products, they are ready to make every home the best it can be.

As long-standing members of the Home & Builders Association, Mark and Debra contribute time and resources to building a better Colorado Springs community. Mark has served as the Chairperson of the Remodeled Homes Tour, taught remodeling seminars, wrote a remodeling consumer guide titled, “How to Successfully Remodel Your Home”, and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
