We are a locally owned and operated construction company. I am also factory trained and certified dealer for Rinnai tank less hot water heaters, Triangle Tube condensing boilers and Lincoln Log Homes International.

Located in Bailey Colorado, Sinrom Construction, LLC. started in 1999 as Sinrom Inc. in Silverthorne Colorado by my father and I. We have enjoyed 17 years of growth, and many happy customers, from building homes to remodeling to excavating. We were the one stop shop for our honored customers. In July 2017 my father decided to retire and I have decided to continue the business in Park County where I am striving to continue providing our clients unparalleled customer service.

Sinrom Construction LLC is an expert provider of Lincoln Log Homes to customers in the Rocky Mountain Region. From land acquisition, to home site location, to infrastructure, construction and other contractor services we are your one stop shop. We are working closely with Tiffany Farrell of Re Max Alliance. She has been outstanding in working with our past clients in finding the perfect property for their dream log home.
